Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Namir Faidi has served as vice president of Sunhill Corporation since 1981. He has coordinated a multimillion portfolio of retail, office, multi-unit residential, and medical real estate properties, overseeing acquisition and development processes. Namir Faidi has managed construction of retail centers, as well as the ongoing process of enacting tenant improvements.
Assisted in marketing, Mr. Faidi positions property holdings in ways that attract long-term lessees and tenants. Oversaw impactful promotional and marketing programs for developments in tandem with anchor tenants, including major chains such as Sprouts, Petco, and Rite Aid.
